GENERAL INFORMATION

-You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.- NO refund. This is negotiable, according as how advanced the commission is, but if I can’t finish your commission, I’ll note you for refund.- Once you buy my work, and the payment is done, a sketch will be send for approval.- I will respect the request in case of being one, of not using your commission for showing it to public appreciation.- I WON’T reclaim intellectual property. It won’t be reused o re-sold for commercial or personal projects.- I can reject your commission no questions asked, this includes the not reading of the terms and conditions.- I keep the right to modify/resell any sketch rejected.- Every work will be published on my social media.- You are NOT allowed to sell printings of the piece or claim it as yours, copy it or use it to gain money. (If you are looking for a commercial use, please see below)-You understand and accept that I won’t be working only with your orders in my mind. Creative process is slow, if you are looking for a quick work, don’t commission me. In case you are looking for a artwork for a specific date, please ask me in advance. The commission will be delivered one week to three days before the deadline.- You can ask for minor modifications in the case of me missing one detail or characteristic of your reference.- Be specific with your commission.-Be sure to save the picture somewhere if I send it through Google Drive. I clean my gallery often-My style may vary just a little bit, that's because I'm always trying new techniques. Please remember that I do not imitate styles and I won't change my style if you ask me to. Please have that in mind if you want to ask for a commission. My art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustrations you will receive (linearts style, coloring method, composition...)-All my work is protected by copyright.-My work should only be used by the client.-The base size of commissions is usually 3000x3000 px, however, I can modify the size as the commission progresses (always increasing the size, not reducing it)-The final product will be in png format. I will send you the full resolution picture by email or google drive.-Your commission will be posted on my gallery with a watermark, but I will give you a file with the bigger resolution for your commodity.-If you want a private commission, PLEASE, let me know this in advance.-I WILL ONLY ACCEPT CHANGES IN THE CHARACTER IN THE SKETCH PROCESS. Unless I have lost details in the coloring process, these changes will be added without any hassle, but if you want to make changes to the color process, you will be charged an extra 8-10 usd- Customs take time, so they will be placed last on the list of commissions depending on the type of custom you request. Please keep in mind that this is a large commission type, so I go last to dedicate as much time as possible to this commission and deliver quality work.

COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS

PAYMENT

-All USD payments will be via paypal. PAYPAL ONLY.- All payments will be made as an invoice.- The payment of any commission will be in advance.- I won’t accept payment through any other means- Complex characters or too detailed characters will be charged between 20 to 40 extra USD. According to their complexity.-Payments must be made within the 48 hour limit. After this time, if the payment is not executed, the invoice will be cancelled and the commission rejected.-Please proceed ONLY if you are sure that you are going to purchase a commission.

WAITING TIME

-The waiting time may vary depending on your number on the order list, however, I always try to do it as quickly as possible.-The sketches will be delivered between 1 - 2 weeks for the approval process.-The completion of the commission is between 3 to 4 weeks.-If you want a quick work (between 3 days to 1 week of waiting), you must make an extra payment of 50 usd for it depending on what type of commission you ask for. This does not apply to NSFW commissions.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

-As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example;-Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters).-Promote myself with it in any place.-Offer the digital files on Patreon, Gumroad and similar sites for learning purposes.-As a commissioner you may:♦ Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery or page (with no profit purposes).♦ Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.♦ Use it as decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Discord... as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it..You are NOT ALLOWED to:♦ Change, modify, trace or use my works without my permission.♦ Take credit for the art.♦ Remove my watermarks /signatures or ask that my signature be removed. If it is a commercial commission, the signature can be placed in a discreet place on the illustration, but not removed.
